I am looking for a submissive who identifies as either a service sub, houseboy, or sissy maid. This sub is expected to serve once every other week or twice a month to clean My space which includes knowing how to thoroughly vacuum and mop, do dishes, do plant care, do latex laundry and towel laundry, condition leather, and deep clean the bathroom . Other duties may include: going to the store for supplies, car related errands, and furniture assembly. This submissive is not required to pay hourly but is required to pay for training. This shows that you are serious.
Requirements: Must live within 15 miles of Piedmont, Oakland and own a car. Be able to lift 50+lbs. Feels comfortable on ladders and knows how to use power tools.
Screening ~ Send Me two references from Dommes that you have served or Photo ID & two social media links.
Training ~ A training of 90 minutes at the rate of 500 to ensure you serve to My standard.
Schedule ~ Have availability 2x a month on weekday afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Homework subs :
To be of help with My homework, assignments will begin with reading PDFs and taking notes. I would like notes to be taken in bullet point style highlighting the major points, important terminology and major contributors (people.) I would like the notes to also include a summary paragraph., all without the use of AI.
The readings are usually 20-90 pages long. You will have 48-72 hours to complete the reading and notes, and I will proof read to ensure the notes are a good representation of the material and that they are useful to Me. I will send you back any note feedback so that you can always improve in your service to Me.
Other kinds of homework may also be assigned, ie essay outlines, power-points.
